I had a bit of a rocky start as I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for my room at this budget motel, and it wasn't the room I expected. However, the staff eventually allocated another room which was nice. The service was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast items were not always stocked as well. The location was great for kids and quiet, but unfortunately, there was some maintenance going on during my stay. The dining experience was not up to my business traveler standards. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, although there were some ups and downs. The rooms were nice and spacious, but I had to wait in the lobby for 3 and a half hours for our room.
The hotel has a comfortable and well-equipped room directly opposite the staff room. The amenities provided are great, including a full kitchenette. However, the service could be improved in terms of extending stays and check-out flexibility. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities, yet the area remains quiet. The dining options are somewhat limited for vegetarians, and the self-service food offerings are average.
